2. Sample Related
Q: How can I get samples? Can I order samples before mass production? What is the sample lead time?
A: Sample orders are available for quality and design confirmation.
1. For first sample request: sample cost and freight shall be borne by the customer. The sample fee can be fully deducted from the payment of your first formal order once the order reaches the MOQ.
2. Lead time: 7–10 working days for existing styles; 12–15 working days for custom mould samples.
We recommend confirming samples before bulk orders, especially for custom items.

• Logo: With meeting MOQ, customer brand logo can be made by printing, embossing, metal nameplate and other crafts.
